6.0 W/m-K Dispensable Thermal Cure-in-Place and Gap Filler Material
Parker Chomerics THERM-A-FORM CIP 60 is a high-performance, two-component (2k) thermal gap filler and cure-in-place material with a thermal conductivity of 6.0 W/m-K, making it ideal for applications requiring effective heat dissipation. Once fully cured, it achieves a Shore 00 hardness of 50, providing a softer, more flexible alternative to conventional hard curing materials. This allows for improved conformity, reducing mechanical stress on delicate components, particularly in applications where conventional thermal gap filler pads may struggle to provide proper contact or coverage due to uneven surfaces or complex geometries.
As a two-part system, CIP 60 is highly adaptable, allowing for high-volume dispensing or precision filling in designs requiring efficient heat transfer in challenging geometries. The simple 1:1 mix ratio makes it easy to dispense, whether through manual or automated equipment, supporting a wide range of production processes. Packaged in various cartridge sizes and dispensed through a static mixing tip, it ensures consistent material flow with minimal waste. Its combination of ease of use and excellent thermal performance makes CIP 60 a superior solution for demanding thermal management applications in electronics and industrial settings.
