CHR C and 2355-2 are made from clear FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) film, featuring a pressure-sensitive, high-temperature silicone adhesive.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

CHR C and 2355-2 tapes are highly durable and versatile. The FEP backing provides exceptional high-temperature resistance and delivers superior electrical strength, measured in volts per mm. Additionally, the FEP backing is chemically inert, thin, and conformable. The tape construction ensures weather resistance, stability, and non-toxicity.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:

CHR C and 2355-2 tapes are frequently utilized for coil and transformer insulation. Their transparency makes them ideal for “see-through” identification on wire harnesses.
