High Performance Non-Silicone Fully Cured
Dispensable Gel
THERM-A-GAP GEL 40NS is a high-performance, one-component, urethane-based thermal interface gel with a thermal conductivity of 4.0 W/m-K. It’s designed to transfer heat from electronics to a heat sink or enclosure. The “NS” suffix indicates it is non-silicone, making it suitable for applications where silicone contamination is a concern, such as optical systems, or where silicone use is restricted. THERM-A-GAP GEL 40NS requires no mixing or curing, allowing for straightforward application and rework. It deforms under low compressive force during assembly, minimizing stress on components, solder joints, and leads. This gel can be dispensed in various bond line thicknesses to accommodate gaps from assembly or manufacturing tolerances. Like all Parker Chomerics thermal gels, it is formulated for high-performance and high-reliability electronics, making it ideal for automated dispensing machines and field repair situations.
