THERM-A-GAP GEL 60HF, part of the Parker Chomeric’s family, is a fully cured, one-component, silicone-based thermal interface material with a thermal conductivity of 6.2 W/m-K. Designed for high-performance heat transfer from electronic components to cooling features, it is suitable for a wide range of industries and applications. The “HF” in GEL 60HF stands for “High Flow,” indicating its suitability for high-volume dispensing and high-throughput production operations. Optimized for automated dispensing in various packaging sizes, this thermal gel maintains properties that allow for easy rework and field repairs. Its paste-like consistency enables precise dispensing and accurate material placement during assembly. Additionally, THERM-A-GAP GEL 60HF requires low compressive force to deflect under assembly pressure, minimizing stress on components, solder joints, and PCB leads.
