CHO-SEAL 6750 is a soft, nickel-graphite filled fluorosilicone designed for EMI shielding. It stands out due to its high temperature tolerance and excellent chemical resistance, making it suitable for environmental sealing and protection. This electrically conductive fluorosilicone elastomer offers effective EMI shielding over a wide frequency range, while also providing robust protection against dust, moisture, and high Ingress Protection (IP) ratings. The fluorosilicone matrix enhances its resistance to aggressive fluids and chemicals, including machining oils, hydraulic fluids, and various fuels. Among Chomerics’ conductive elastomers, CHO-SEAL 6750 has the lowest durometer rating, ensuring maximum flexibility.
