Silver-Glass Filled Molded Elastomer EMI Shielding Gasket in a Silicone Binder
Electrically Conductive Elastomer Extruded Gaskets in Hollow-O shape are offered in a range of CHO-SEAL® conductive elastomers. These elastomers include silicone, fluorosilicone, EPDM, or fluorocarbon-fluorosilicone binders, combined with fillers such as pure silver, silver-plated copper, silver-plated aluminum, silver-plated nickel, silver-plated glass, nickel-plated graphite, nickel-plated aluminum, or non-plated graphite particles.
CHO-SEAL® Electrically Conductive Elastomer Extruded Gaskets deliver long-lasting reliability throughout the equipment’s lifespan. These gaskets serve dual purposes as both an EMI shield and an environmental seal. They are designed to resist compression set, require low closure force, and effectively control airflow. Parker Chomerics offers a wide selection of standard extruded products, which can be easily customized through lathe-cutting into washers, splicing, bonding, kiss-cutting, or die-cutting. This versatility reduces installation time and material waste, providing a cost-effective solution for EMI shielding and environmental sealing needs.
